Rix Tools, LLC will not ship to a PO box, if a PO box is used for an address and your shipment is lost, not received, or stolen - Rix Tools, LLC will not be held liable for refund or replacement of said items.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. If you are unable to select an expedited shipping option and you are concerned about inventory status and shipment cutoff times - please call us directly. Shipping cutoff is 3:00PM CST.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If your cart is stacking shipping costs in excess for small items, please call or email us and we will assist you as needed.
